How do you practice??

So since most of the people on this site c-walk obviously,
So how do guys perfect your techniques and practice??
I like just put a song on and just walk to it try'in new varies and trans out.

if i hear a good song,
i:
stand up,
and start cwalking!
i have to perfect my style still

Hmm..
My cousins or friends would chose a song for me,
& I would just listen to the song over and over, until I recognize the beats.
After a while, I just start cwalking x)
+ I got to cwalk competition at my area,so yeah
